Dr. Hischam El Agamy
Dr. Hischam El Agamy founded Target Developments in 1993, driven by his belief in education's transformative power. He co-founded the Tharawat Family Business Forum and Orbis Terra Media, including Tharawat Magazine, recognized globally. At IMD Business School, Dr. El Agamy leads initiatives in Africa and the Middle East, aligning learning with strategic goals. His expertise in teaching includes scenario planning, family business transformation, and corporate governance.

Farida F.
El Agamy
Farida El Agamy an attorney and entrepreneur, is the founding General Manaer of the Tharawat Family Business Forum, contributing to its status as a leading network for family businesses in MENA. She also holds roles as Editor-at-Large of Tharawat Magazine and director at Target Developments and Orbis Terra Media, her family's Swiss firms. In 2019, Farida ventured into sustainable manufacturing with the UAE-based startup Kyma. With a masters degree in Law from the University of Freiburg and Swiss Bar admission in 2009, she's a certified director with the UK's Institute of Directors.

Shereen
El Agamy
Shereen El Agamy works as Manager of Strategy and Innovation with Tharawat Family Business Forum, whilst she’s fulfilling the role of Corporate Counsel at Orbis Terra Media and Target Developments. She has built deep expertise in topics of social justice and human rights and has experience in legal research on administrative justice and tribunal reform. Shereen holds a MA in Law from the University of Freiburg, Switzerland, spent one year at Durham Law School, Durham University, UK and is admitted to the Bar in Switzerland
